The journey we have had that led to this moment
Is one that I will not regret.
Memorable threads of highs and lows
Are treasures that cannot be spent.

You have peeled back layers of me
The world has never been privileged to see.
I am reserved out there, yes, but in our atmosphere
I will continue to give you all of me.

Because I never dreamed that this would be my next chapter,
Finding a soul so pure even when the world was so cold.
Where love was conquered despite 2020’s disasters
Yet somehow when I look into your eyes I see my home.

So as I stand here before you, teary eyed,
Ready to experience life’s journeys facing triumphs and fights,

I’d have it no other way than with you by my side
