ALONE

Hello from the other side,

Can you hear me outside? 

Emotions changing, rearranging,

Damn what's going on here inside?

Thinking to myself, within myself,

Trying to find help but who cares?  

On second thought if I call...never mind,

I'll just stay deep within my fears. 

Late nights watching you lie in bed 

Searching for your truth

But found false promises instead.

Now I'm sitting here waiting by the phone, 

I'd give anything to hear your tone.

Wondering will I ever? But who knows?

For now I'll just stand here alone,

 Remembering the day when everything went wrong.
